The President and members of the "Association Française Pour le Shar-Pei" are delighted to invite you as guests to
"The First World-Meeting for Shar-Pei lovers and breeders"
On Wednesday 6th of July 2011
After a friendly walk with our dogs, in a tailor made park, we shall adjourn to the meeting room in a local hotel, where you will receive relevant information related to our favorite breed.
We are honored to announce the participation of Mrs Loretta ANDERS, worldwide famous breeder (JADE EAST kennel), who will share with us her vision of the evolution of Shar-Pei’s over the last 30 yeurs.
Dr Anne THOMAS, Manager of R&D at ANTAGENE Labs (F), will provide an update on information related to the program against FSF and Amyloidosis.
Julie & Benoit LE FOLLOTEC, young French breeders, will share their passion of the breed which has driven them to trace the "authentic Chinese Shar-Pei".
After the presentations, a cocktail will be served to close the meeting.
All presentations will be simultaneously translated (English & French)
The number of participants will be limited.

Program of the MEETING:
2:00 PM: Rendez-vous at the parking of the "Parc Départemental du SAUSSET"
until 3:30 PM: Walk in the park with our dogs, discovery of the park.
3:30-3:45 PM: Transfer to the Hotel KYRIAD
4:00-4:30 PM: Welcome message, information related to the AFPSP
4:30-5:15: "Travel to China in the tracks of the Shar-Pei ancestor" by Julie & Benoit LE FOLLOTEC (Sha Pei Gou kennel)
5:15-6:30 : "The Evolution of the Chines Shar-Pei" by Mrs Loretta ANDERS (Jade East Kennel)
6:30-7:15 : "Update on the Research against the FSF and Amyloidosis" by Dr Anne THOMAS ( ANATGENE Labs)
7:15-9:00 : Closure cocktail

PARTICIPATION RULES
This event is free of charge.
Don't forget to bring water bowls & bags for collecting the dejections of your dogs. All dogs must be kept on a leash when walking on the property & owners are responsible for their dogs at all times. The AFPSP cannot be held responsible for the possible damages or injuries to the participants, their property , their dogs and/or to third parties which may occur during the event.
